Featuring talks from Fabulous Pharmacist Laura Dowling, leading nutritionists Marilyn Glenville & Patrick Holford as well as Hifas Da Terra's Medicinal Mushrooms we're sure to have a fantastic day of fun and learning.

Meet The Speakers

Laura Dowling is the founder and CEO of the hugely popular FabU Wellness Supplement Range. For the past two decades, Laura has used her professional experience to educate and empower people to achieve sustainable, healthy lifestyles. Her talk will focus on women's health from menopause to fertility and sexual well being.

Hifas da Terra is Europe’s leading biotechnology company in the development of medicinal mushroom-based products for human health. Their talk will focus on the innovative power of medicinal mushrooms.

For over thirty years Marilyn Glenville has studied and practiced nutritional medicine and is a respected author and speaker. Her talk will show the practical ways to control the stress in your life which can improve your energy, sleep well and boost your immune function.

Patrick Holford has written over 45 books on nutrition and is the founder of Food For The Brain, a charity organisation that raises awareness of the importance of optimum nutrition in cognitive and mental health. His talk will focus on practical ways to improve memory, mood and reduce anxiety.
